- Management of all telephony platforms for EMEA and APAC, Avaya, Ericsson and performing system updates.
- Responsibility for support for OKIN/Verizon employees on Tier 1 level.
- Installation of equipment when needed throughout EMEA.
- Admin control
- Project assistance
Key Requirements and Competencies:
- Knowledge of Avaya working at a basic level, knowledge of basic IT systems (Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc).
- Knowledge of English language at B2 level.
- Problem solving personality with excellent communication skills.
- Resilience to stress.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Advanced PC skills.
- Knowledge or understanding of Cisco UC/Voice systems is an advantage.
