Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of all telephony platforms for EMEA and APAC, Avaya, Ericsson and performing system updates.
  • Responsibility for support for OKIN/Verizon employees on Tier 1 level.
  • Installation of equipment when needed throughout EMEA.
  • Admin control
  • Project assistance

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Avaya working at a basic level, knowledge of basic IT systems (Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc).
  • Knowledge of English language at B2 level.
  • Problem solving personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Resilience to stress.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • Advanced PC skills.
  • Knowledge or understanding of Cisco UC/Voice systems is an advantage.
