Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of the department
  • Leadership and motivation of the employees
  • Budgeting of the department, responsibility for the financial results of the department
  • Participation in company’s projects, drawing the vision and strategy
  • Management and compliance with relevant documentation, including its optimization
  • Accountability for process validation, maintenance and improvement of processes
  • Analysis, reporting and presentation of the department results
  • Effective communication and cooperation with the client
  • Active search and acquisition of new opportunities

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with team management
  • Good understanding of Project management
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with creating budgets and plans
  • Flexibility, proactivity, business acumen, goal oriented
  • Innovative approach
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Customer orientation
