Main Responsibilities:

  • Single point of contact for the call tester system
  • Maintenance of call tester system reference data.
  • Testing and reporting of carrier call quality on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Produce daily and weekly reports
  • Participate in the migration of carriers
  • Trouble ticket process

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Logic, assertiveness, good communication skills
  • Complex problem solving skills, independence
  • Great English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Sharepoint
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
