Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of customer account from the point of disconnecting the service
  • Communication in team, with external teams and the end customers globally
  • Data validation
  • Daily communication in English
  • Working in many system
  • Creating orders in various systems
  • Updating orders and monitoring their progress

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Level on English language at least on B2
  • Communication skills
  • PC skills on user level
  • Punctuality and detail orientation
