Main Responsibilities:

  • A contact point for dedicated customers and inner teams
  • Ticket and order processing regarding invoicing
  • Responsibility for customer records and invoice correction
  • Proactive problem solution and order corections
  • Communication with inner teams
  • Introducing invoice information and reports to end clients and colleagues in the company
  • Written and spoken communication in English

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Highschool/university education
  • English skills at B2 level at least
  • Good Excel skills
  • Analytic thinking
  • Communication skills
