Main Responsibilities:

  • a contact point for dedicated customers and inner teams,
  • ticket and order processing regarding invoicing,
  • responsibility for customer records and invoice correction,
  • proactive problem solution and order corections,
  • communication with inner teams,
  • introducing invoice information and reports to end clients and colleagues in the company,
  • written and spoken communication in English.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • highschool/university education,
  • English skills at B2 level at least,
  • good Excel skills,
  • analytic thinking,
  • communication skills,
  • experience with customer communication.
