Main Responsibilities:

Our department cares for new customers of Verizon. We are in charge of connecting up to a data network which will ensure the safety of the customers' data. We have a customer that has decided to use our services, so we need to make sure that everything goes swimmingly before we connect everything up. We need to check that all formalities are solved. We need to ship all technical devices, ensuring they are delivered in good time and condition. And we need to make sure that the customer's site is up and running as expected.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • business level fluency in written and spoken English (B2 – C1),
  • strong customer service focus with drive to deliver a world-class customer experience,
  • clear confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills,
  • excellent organizational and prioritization skills,
  • perform well under pressure to meet deadlines / milestones,
  • team player,
  • previous experience interacting directly with internal and external clients.
