Main Responsibilities:

Who we are
Our department cares for new customers of Verizon. We are in charge of connecting up to a data network which will ensure the safety of the customers' data.

What we do
3, 2, 1... lets do it. We have a customer that has decided to use our services, so we need to make sure that everything goes swimmingly before we connect everything up. We need to check that all formalities are solved. We need to ship all technical devices, ensuring they are delivered in good time and condition. And we need to make sure that the customer's site is up and running as expected. 1, 2, 3... done.

The three steps are taken by departments and you are going to be their contact point. You will have to ensure everything goes smoothly to make everyone involved smile: the customer because of the new service, and us because of the customer's smile.
