Main Responsibilities:

point of contact for our German speaking customers,
managing orders in systems, input of data,
problem solving according to scenarios and manuals,
everyday communication in foreign language with customers and inner teams,
controlling of orders, requests.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • business level fluency in written and spoken English (B2 – C1),
  • strong customer service focus with drive to deliver a world-class customer experience,
  • clear confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills,
  • excellent organizational and prioritization skills,
  • perform well under pressure to meet deadlines / milestones,
  • team player,
  • previous experience interacting directly with internal and external clients.
