Main Responsibilities:

  • point of contact for our German speaking customers
  • managing orders in systems, input of data
  • problem solving according to scenarios and manuals
  • everyday communication in foreign language with customers and inner teams
  • controlling of orders, requests

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • highschool education
  • Eng and German language at B2 level at least
  • customer approach
  • communication skills and assertiveness
  • reliability and ability to work alone but also being comfotable in team
  • MS Office skills (user)
