Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with clients in order to provide solutions and customer service
  • Creating tickets with reported failures in customer service centers
  • Providing information to customers on repair progress
  • Communication with internal teams to verify and resolve clients' issues
  • Arranging escalations in case of delays
  • Participation in regular meetings

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese language at B2 (and higher) level
  • Ability to work on shifts (24/7)
  • Experience in Customer Services area an advantage
  • Problem solving personality with excellent communication skills
  • Resilience to stress and a high level of flexibility
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Advanced PC skills
