Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the users of several internal Verizon systems
  • Coordinate system enhancements between developers and stakeholders
  • Participate in system update testing process
  • Make use of SQL to produce and maintain reports and verify data integrity
  • Monitor issue tracking frameworks and Tier I support inboxes

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • High school/university education
  • Logical & analytical thinking
  • At minimum a basic level of SQL knowledge, more experience welcome
  • Flexible work attitude, willingness to work at irregular hours when required
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English language (B2) – everyday communication (written/spoken)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, project-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow internal processes
  • Proactive attitude, responsible approach to duties and dealing with users
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google G-suite products
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel data manipulation welcome
