Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships
  • Analyze all contract requirements
  • Reporting for customer network performance
  • Coordinate the work of the operating teams
  • Proactive analysis and assessment of problems and resolving them
  • Assist customers with registration and other online solutions
  • Provides training to customer if required

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • English language at minimum B2+ level
  • Experience in customer services is welcomed
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, time flexibility, business view
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude with passion to deliver, organized and professional
