Main Responsibilities:

  • Project implementation for end customers
  • Pre-sales phase support, ensure all deadlines are set with regard of possible obstacles during the implementation
  • Customer communication - ensure all customer´s expectations are met
  • Stakeholder management - identify and include internal/external stakeholders in order to take improvement action/plan in case of problems related to the project
  • Coordinate internal teams assigned to projects and participating in service delivery

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Experience in implementation of processes and providing services to third parties in any field
  • Familiar with the TELCO environment is an advantage
  • Advanced English (both spoken and written form) at least B2 level
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
