Main Responsibilities:

As a Revenue Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of growing these businesses in Central Europe. You will work closely with business leadership and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that attract new clients, engage target accounts, and expand existing accounts.

To be a successful Revenue Marketing Manager you should be passionate about B2B marketing, audience profiles, and creating engaging user experiences. You will be key in creating content that produces a positive user experience to help support the client’s buying journey and/or enables the sales team. In addition to be able to develop campaigns, you will also need to manage multiple projects, and execute campaigns on time and within budget.

Your place of operations can be from anywhere within the Czech Republic.

Main duties:
  • perform market research and build audiences for targeting,
  • analyze and deeply understand the market environment and market territory ,
  • promote defined service and product portfolio Set-up and run social media campaigns,
  • devise and construct ads - from visuals and landing pages to copywriting,
  • monitor and analyze campaign performance and extract valuable insights,
  • perform continuous testing and research to optimize existing creatives and uncover new opportunities,
  • collect data and produce performance reports,
  • develop content that covers market needs and pains of identified segments,
  • take advantage of market developments to produce new campaigns for target accounts.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • strong English communication skills,
  • czech language is required,
  • 2+ years proven experience running successful B2B campaigns,
  • proven experience producing B2B branded content and driving revenue,
  • proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio,
  • strong presentation and negotiation skills,
  • analytical skills to clearly identify customer needs and requirements,
  • customer centric personality with the ability to cooperate across different teams,
  • ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously,
  • self-starter that can take the actions necessary to bring a project to completion on time and on budget,
  • comfortable using WYSIWYG editors and hand coding HTML and CSS within web CM systems,
  • comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
