Main Responsibilities:

OKIN BPS is currently seeking an Executive Sales Specialist. You must be a clear communicator, with a strength in taking a complex piece of analysis and translating that into a story that compels action. As a Sales Executive, you should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.

As OKIN’s Executive Sales Specialist you will take the lead on building strong client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities in the field of Business Process Outsourcing. You will be responsible for setting and managing sales goals, managing the entire sales cycle and assist in finding prospects and leads.

Duties include:
  • building new customer portfolios from scratch - develop a territory attack plan and an individual customer approach plan,
  • identify, initiate, and maintain communications with prospective customers,
  • engage with new prospects and customers not limited to pricing and contract negotiations, deal structure with business value analysis, competitor evaluation,
  • follow-up with prospects with the objective of moving discussions to proposals and then to contract,
  • diagnose customer business needs, uncover customer organizational vision and strategies to help shape a potential solution for that vision,
  • develop forward thinking, data-driven sales analyses and recommendations that align with customer goals,
  • form peer relationships with customer to source add-on business opportunities,
  • perform cold and warm pitching, lead conversation with potential customers around possible projects,
  • collaborate with delivery to craft a clear solution for customer,
  • close the deals and transition them from sales into active projects.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • entrepreneurial personality with strong focus on customers and delivering results,
  • sales and/or Business development experience at large compagnies and corporations (BPO field is preferred),
  • experience building lead generation plan, process and execution,
  • comfortable creating clean and polished written proposals,
  • experience building and managing a territory,
  • strong storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies,
  • familiar and comfortable with both cold and warm calling,
  • experience in Contact Center Solutions and/or Business Process Services,
  • able to work with CRM system, knowledge of is welcomed,
  • not afraid of travelling (ČR and abroad), able to work remotely (using apps such as Teams, Webex),
  • english on advance level is a must, another foreign language is an advantage.
