Main Responsibilities:

  • management of a team of 15 server administrators,
  • delegation and diversification of team-work,
  • monitoring KPIs and their fulfilment, regular reporting to OKIN and Verizon management,
  • regular evaluation interviews with subordinates,
  • monitoring of tickets and escalations to evaluate trends,
  • communication with clients, providers and members of other teams to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • regular meetings with company management.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • in-depth knowledge of Linux / Unix server administration,
  • HW, networks and applications,
  • at least 1 year of experience with leadership is an advantage,
  • good communication skills, the ability to lead people and move them forward,
  • English at C1 level,
  • good organizational skills,
  • knowledge of ITIL methodology is an advantage,
  • positive approach to reporting
