Main Responsibilities:

  • receive and process requests from the client´s sales department,
  • thoroughly check contract documents and annexes,
  • oversee the correctness of data, add missing and correct incorrect information,
  • communicate with internal customers and solve problems.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • 100 % of your attention and concentration, it will not work without this,
  • ability to read and write in Italian at B2 level, „Mi capisci?“,
  • knowledge of English at B1/B2 level, you will need to manage initial training,
  • good knowledge of MS Office, you will use it every single day.
