Main Responsibilities:

The OKIN suite of services in:
  • classic BPO activities with an eye on technology and automation,
  • OKIN’s work and platforms in workplace digitalization/software integration,
  • OKIN’s integrated solutions based in cloud platforms enabling fast integration of IoT technologies.

Your customers will be companies from the whole of Europe, and you should bring your existing book of contacts.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

We are looking for an Executive Sales Specialist with provable sales results and good knowledge of the changes which the outsource services industry have transitioned through:
  • ability to recognize customers’ needs and understand their internal processes and technologies, then design solutions based on this knowledge with high added value for the customer,
  • experience with consultancy sales, preferably able to show your own successfully implemented projects,
  • interest bordering on obsession with new technologies and trends,
  • ability to identify a competitive advantage over rivals and build a business strategy on it,
  • excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills,
  • ability to think in a broader context, combining different platforms, technologies, with human functions (software integration platforms, NLP, workflow, AI, process modelling, etc.),
  • very strong result-based orientation and ability to bring your business cases to successful fruition,
  • communication in English is a must and knowledge of other languages is a great advantage,
  • CV only in English language.
