Main Responsibilities:

  • daily cooperation with Business Development Team on identification of new opportunities and preparation of business solutions/architecture and price quotes for customers,
  • analysis of existing customer´s systems and applications, data models, interfaces as well as user requirements regarding target solutions and business architecture,
  • collection of customer´s business requirements, analysis, documentation and communication as key input for DevOps Team,
  • preparation of business cases for projects initiations and approvals as well as for change requests to support decision process,
  • preparation of detailed business requirement document,
  • close cooperation with Project Manager during project plan preparation and continuously during the project implementation life cycle,
  • suggestion of changes to users and management based on detailed analysis of requirements,
  • support for testing of developed functionalities within customer´s systems/applications in all development phases,
  • responsibility for document management, versioning, approval and archiving,
  • acting as interface between Business Users and DevOps Team,
  • responsibility for the process of User Acceptance Testing.

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • English – min. B2; second foreign language with active use is an advantage,
  • a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field,
  • experience in Process Modelling,
  • exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills,
  • excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
  • proactive and dependency-aware (self-management abilities),
  • analytical mind with ability to analyze and interpret data,
  • exceedingly organized with strong time-management skills,
  • very good presentation skills.
