Main Responsibilities:

  • Definition of financial processes during our expansion abroad
  • Participation in key projects and coordination of financial activities during implementation of
new systems, processes and procedures
  • Identification of possible internal processes automation and its implementation
  • Presentation of outputs to company management
  • Active cooperation with business and other back office departments
  • Support and coordination of operations overlapping with finance
  • Direct subordinate to CFO

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Economical or technical University education
  • Min. 3 years of practical experience in finance sector
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of business and financial processes, accounting and taxes
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Independence, reliability and responsibility
  • Ability to learn new things
  • Logical thinking and presentation skills
  • Willingness to occasional business trips in CZ and also abroad
