We in OKIN offer jobs to talented university and high school graduates, regardless of their field of study or previous practice. We also hire experts with long-term experience – network engineers, IT specialists, project managers or professional administrators with many years of experience.
We support our employees in their professional and personal development. We only provide training in areas that you may later utilize in practice. Engineers are trained at the internal Networking and Cloud Academy, while others can join training in the fields of project management, ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), Excel or language courses provided by the OKIN Language Academy.
We also offer a broad portfolio of soft skill trainings that will allow you to master time management, analytical thinking, client communication and many other skills.
We give employees the opportunity to acquire internationally recognized certificates free of charge, according to specialization and not limited to the person’s initial area of expertize. We often choose candidates for senior positions internally. In addition, we support our employees while changing specializations, especially when it comes to prospective IT fields. We organize networking workshops for the public, free of charge and requiring only a rudimentary knowledge of networking. Over the course of four all-day training sessions, participants will gain networking skills, get familiar with a network engineer’s job, and will learn the golden rules of customer communication. Participants who have successfully passed may be considered for a job at OKIN BPS.

We danced together at the OKIN Ball, ran the OKIN Run to support the family of a boy named Adam, tasted many culinary specialties from all over the world at out food festival, and we also regularly exercise yoga. OKIN does not know boredom!
We put on the OKIN Run 2017 in order to help a person who cannot run with us. This event supported 9-year-old Adam, who suffers from muscular dystrophy but would like to ride a bicycle like any other nine-year-old. We gave his parents a financial gift of a little under 42.000 CZK, which they may use to get Adam a special hand bike.
We regularly support non-profit organizations, such as the Moment charity shop, Ostrava’s municipal dog kennel, Bikes for Africa, etc.
